Awakening NY’s Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellation or no-shows have a big impact on Awakening’s ability to serve the clients. Our massage therapists have limited amount of time and clients per day, which helps them better prepare for each individual client.

We would love to serve you the best we can. In order to do it, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy as follows:

  1. When booking a massage, energy healing or skincare treatment, clients must provide their CC information – we won’t charge for the visit, it’s just to keep an appointment.

  2. Client must provide at least 24hrs notice to cancel or change the appointment.
    Call front desk (718) 349 1380 or email at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment.

  3. In the event of no-show or last minute cancellation client is responsible for 50% of the price of the session (i.e. Swedish Massage 60 min $119.76 (tax included), Client pays $59.88).

  4. If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered cancelled and the client is responsible for the 50% of the scheduled session.
