Diana Pope
( Licensed Massage Therapist )

My name is Diana Pope. I'm a mom and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years. My first experience with massage was when I was 10 years old and my mother had
a back injury from a car accident. I decided to help her, and since I love to read I learned from books and educational programs about the human body and I nursed her back to optimal health. I have had many experiences in this field from working in many spas, clinics, offices with athletes and ordinary people. I found a soundness in treating the body as
a whole. The body should be seen as 3-D. Many factors can change the overall wellbeing when the right treatments including massage are applied. Nurturing should happen on all levels of the body to bring it to balance. I find most of my work to be grounded in eastern medicine, alternative and holistic approach. My goal is to educate myself and the client.
I love doing self-treatments to gain more knowledge and understanding as well as developing new techniques. Love yourself and take care of yourself. Strive for progress not perfection and we all can heal each other.

( Licensed Massage Therapist )

There are those who decide what they want to do as a vocation early on in life. In my case, massage therapy ended up choosing me. Being exposed to the field as a child, when my mom was considering it as she went to the massage school, I would practice it with her and my father. She ended up deciding that it wasn’t for her. But years later, after I graduated from college, and I needed source of income, my mom suggested it to me and a light bulb activated within me. Over the course of next 10 years, I would come to gather experiences from numerous places. From various kinds of locations like rehab centers and chiropractic offices to different types of spas and massage chair events at health fair, I’ve learned multiple techniques all evident in my touch. As I crossed the decade threshold of my journey with this gift , I feel like I’m only starting to understand the benefits of the therapeutic rewards that massage provides its clients. And with this knowledge, I hope to add countless more enriching exposures to come.

Lua Fabbri
( Licensed Massage Therapist )

I was first drawn to the healing arts at the age of 18. I was fascinated by the body and was in awe of the wireless systems underlying its' exquisite wisdom and functionality. The healing arts became my passion and my studies commenced. I started giving bodywork shortly after and I became licensed by the State of New York in 1995. My 30 years of experience as a bodyworker in New York, Brazil and the West Indies includes upscale, high profile and innovative healing establishments. As a seasoned Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Polarity/CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner my expertise lies in intuitive bodywork. I am able to draw resources from my years of classic massage training and experience as well as to rise to the level of the energetic realm honing in on what will be of most profound benefit to my clients. I balance my work in the healing arts profession with my passion for Capoeira; an Afro-Brazilian Martial Art. I hold the title of "Professora" and presently teach Capoeira at New York University. Through bodywork and the martial arts, I maintain a healthy, active, and positive lifestyle that benefits me and shines through to the people I work with.
