Anna Ruzsan

Yoga Teacher

My name is Anna Ruzsan. I began practicing yoga 13 years ago when I needed to find more balance in life to enhance my overall well-being. In recent years, I’ve deepened my knowledge and obtained certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. I became a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher in 2024 and a Yoga Anatomy and Physiology Certified Teacher in 2025.

I started teaching in 2024, in 2025 to further develop my skills and gain practical experience, I volunteered to teach weekly free community yoga classes. It was a great way to connect with others and share my love of yoga. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where students can explore their own practice and improve their balance, flexibility, and mobility.

I integrate mindfulness and pranayama into my classes to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. I’m committed to meeting you where you are in your practice, and offer variations and modifications to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and challenged.
