Yoga Teacher
Hi. I’m Michelle. I am a respiratory therapist, singer, fitness enthusiast and Muay Thai instructor. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through Shakti yoga in Woodstock, NY.
Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle, mindful style of yoga that focuses on moving slowly and intentionally through each posture while staying connected to the breath.
I will guide you through a creative and accessible Vinyasa flow designed to support and empower every student, no matter your experience level. This class emphasizes mindful movement , offering thoughtful modifications and variations so you can move safely and confidently while honoring where your body is today.
Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through proper breathing techniques and smooth, intentional transitions that help build strength, balance, and coordination. The flow is gentle yet energizing, making it truly beginner-friendly and suitable for all ages. With regular practice, this style of yoga offers numerous benefits, including improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced arterial stiffness, lower stress levels, enhanced mobility, and a greater sense of overall well-being.
My supportive teaching style creates a welcoming environment where beginners feel comfortable and more experienced students can deepen their practice at their own pace.
