Yoga Teacher

Hi. I’m Michelle. I am a respiratory therapist, singer, fitness enthusiast and Muay Thai instructor. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training through Shakti yoga in Woodstock, NY.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga links breath to movement in a continuous, dynamic sequence of poses, creating a fluid, dance-like practice that builds heat, strength and flexibility.

I will guide you through a creative and accessible Vinyasa flow designed to support and empower every student, no matter your experience level. This class emphasizes mindful movement , offering thoughtful modifications and variations so you can move safely and confidently while honoring where your body is today.

Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through proper breathing techniques and smooth, intentional transitions that help build strength, balance, and coordination.

My supportive teaching style creates a welcoming environment where beginners feel comfortable and more experienced students can deepen their practice at their own pace.
